In 1995 I was Vice President for Piecing Partners Quilt Guild in
Colorado Springs. I became involved with a group of friends who were experimenting with dying fabrics. The process of creating a unique shade or gradation of color was fascinating. Our friendly once a month get togethers often became once a week Instead! The dying group taught several classes to the Piecing Partners Quilt Guild. I have developed my skills while creating thousands of yards of beautiful hand dyed fabrics for myself and for sale. |

Rainbow Fabrics started as a result of a request from a local
quilt shop for custom hand dyed fabric to be used in their "Pattern of the Month". Working with the local shops resulted in the creation of numerous beautiful hand dyed fabrics. The Internet was the logical choice to begin selling to the general public. I take a great deal of pride in each of my designs, and hope you enjoy them as much as I do. |
